The story of IS – Industry Solutions, a.s. began back in 1993, when a group of experts set out to bring modern electrical and automation solutions to the Slovak industrial sector. In 2013, the team became independent from Siemens, forming today’s IS – a strong, innovative, and reliable technology company.
Today, Industry Solutions employs hundreds of experts who manage the entire process – from project design and delivery to installation, commissioning, and long-term service. The company handles large-scale investment projects as well as smaller assignments with the same precision, backed by its own research, development, and technical support.
Beyond industrial applications, IS also brings smart technologies to cities and municipalities. Its innovative solution builds on existing public lighting infrastructure, upgraded with modern components. This creates an intelligent system that not only enables more efficient lighting management but also supports new energy and communication services – forming the foundation for truly smart cities of the future.
With decades of experience, Slovak expertise, and internationally recognized quality certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 27001), IS – Industry Solutions is a trusted partner for industrial enterprises and municipalities both in Slovakia and abroad.
Our mission is to promote Slovak manufacturers and service providers. We show that buying Slovak products makes sense, that they provide quality, a good price and value. We present the essence of Slovak manufacturing through the story of the production process. The main ambition is to help products penetrate other markets abroad.
We use our communication channels and videos to show how products are made and of what kind of quality in Slovakia. In our project, we focus on Slovak quality, competitiveness and the export potential of domestic products. We support a broad spectrum of producers, from iconic favourites like Chrumky and Horalky, through beverages, wine and beer, to innovative products and traditional Slovak products, such as the fujara and bryndza cheese.
